I don't think its a bad thing, and am currently not in recovery but am lacking some of the adrenaline rush lately. I do need some ASAP.
I don't know when I realize this..
But looking back I realize that I am..
I struggle through yoga.
My mind is too busy.
I cannot focus on my breath, I cannot quiet my mind.
This is why I love running, love kick boxing, and anything that keeps me moving like crazzzzy.

Another adrenaline confession. Looking for a new marathon to do! I need to get my adrenaline in!
I'm always amazed that people willingly jump off of and out of stuff. I'm not scared of heights...but there's no way I'm jumping out of a plane! Good for you for being braver than I am!
