I don't think its a bad thing, and am currently not in recovery but am lacking some of the adrenaline rush lately. I do need some ASAP.
I don't know when I realize this..
But looking back I realize that I am..
I struggle through yoga.
My mind is too busy.
I cannot focus on my breath, I cannot quiet my mind.
This is why I love running, love kick boxing, and anything that keeps me moving like crazzzzy.
I have been sky diving:
